The Opportunity
This post represents an exciting opportunity to join a team of staff in Keele University’s Information & Digital Services Directorate. The Directorate is responsible for leading the Universities digital services across our campus and virtual presence. The role of Audio Visual Technician is based in our Audio Visual Services team which is helping to support our customers when using Audio Visual equipment and services, and continually improve the technologies they use.
This is a fantastic technical role within the University. You will work alongside colleagues in IT, Estates, and many other areas of the University to deliver innovative AV solutions to teaching, meeting and event spaces. You will often support live events and conferences, carry out filming and post-production work, and be involved in a number of University-wide projects.
This role is suited to someone who has some experience of Audio Visual technologies and supporting them in a non-domestic environment.
Based at the scenic Keele University Campus, you’ll be working predominantly on-site, with support for some remote working where appropriate.
