Fixed-term Lecturer (Education & Scholarship) in Music Technology

We are seeking to appoint a Lecturer (Education and Scholarship) with a proven track record in Music Technology who will contribute to the Music Technology programme at undergraduate level, with potential contributions to postgraduate teaching. A completed PhD in Music Technology or a cognate field is essential. Keele University is a research-led institution where academic staff on the Educational and Scholarship path are expected and supported to engage in research. The appointee will teach on and convene modules that include ‘Audio Fundamentals’, ‘Sound for Moving Image’, ‘Sound Recording’, ‘Digital Sampling’, ‘Record Production’, and ‘Commercial Sound Applications’. The position is available for 10 months, starting 1 September 2021.
